Land of the lost - short nature film

The weather was fine and I wanted to shoot a short video in nature, so I grabbed my Rebel T2i with two lenses and went to a very nice nature reserve which is located only one hour away from my hometown.

I spent aprox. 4 hours there. Timelapsing is very time consuming but the clouds were just perfect on this beautifuel sunshiny day.
My buddy Vincenzo borrowed me his extreme wide angle 8mm Walimex lens.
It was a huge pleasure to shoot with, especially in nature. The downside of that lens is the fact
that its not really sharp at f3.5! you should go up to f.8 to get a nice sharp deep depth of field, but thats okay. Not designed for low light shoots. I also had my Canon 18-135mm with me.

The Backyard - short film

I found this place in a very rough area in my neighbour town. To be honest, its a place where u usually not walking down the street when its night. The plan was to get inside the old building I was prepared for but it was impossible to get access! so I could only film the backyard which seem also impressive to me.

Yess!.

Iast night I finally uploaded my short documentary film about an german based artist.
It was a great pleasure for me to shoot and edit this movie. I was lucky enough to find
some music that fits perfectly plus it was music which I was able to use.

Hey people out there.

In the following weeks I´m going to release a short film with the title: "Mit dem Rücken zum Publikum" you can translate it: "with one´s back to the limelight". Its about a
local artist from my town. To give you a little insight of the movie that I shot, cut and
directed, I made this little Trailer available for everyone. The final movie will be released
